Investor Relations Manager LuLu Group International Abu Dhabi

LuLu Group International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Investor Relations to join their team and lead the development and execution of investor relations program in 19A St, near Crescent English High School, Al Qusais, Al Qusais 1, Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in positioning their company as a leading proponent of Investor Relations (IR) in the Middle East. Reporting directly to the Director of Investor Relations, the Manager of Investor Relations will work closely with the executive team to ensure consistent and effective communication with their investors and stakeholders. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Investor Relations Manager

• Independently prepare investor presentations, board packs & other presentation materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity & adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global market, with a focus on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, to effectively communicate their company’s value proposition to international financial audiences.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CFO & senior management to define and convey a strong, consistent investment message.
• Establish and maintain relationships with analysts, investors & other stakeholders, providing them with insight into the company’s corporate strategy and management.
• Plan and execute investor targeting and analyst outreach activities, including competitor and peer-group analyses, shareholder identification & participation in IR conferences and events.
• Oversee the production of the annual report, MD&A, ensuring it reflects the company’s performance and strategy accurately and effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Finance and Corporate Communications, to ensure alignment of messaging and activities.
• Monitor and analyze analyst forecasts, share price movements & analyst reports, providing insights to executive management as needed.
• Organize and conduct earnings calls, investor roadshows etc.
• Manage the investor relations budget and prepare regular reports for the executive team on IR activities and market trends.

Requirements for Role of Investor Relations Manager

• CFA, CPA, or MBA, Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in Investor Relations, with a strong understanding of global financial markets, especially in the GCC region.
• Previous experience in independently handling an IR role.
• Banking experience is preferred.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Preference for an Arabic-speaking candidate.
