Investment Attraction Executive Adecco Dubai

Adecco Middle East is hiring Investment Attraction Executive (6 months extended contract)for a Government client in Dubai, UAE. The jobholder is responsible for engaging, discussing, and negotiating with potential investors. Additionally, the role holder will responds to company’s requirements by driving new products to meet customer needs & ensure that all investors requirements are provided. Candidate will have to overlook the assigned projects and make sure the project has been executed and successful results were measured.

Responsibilities of Investment Attraction Executive

• Devise and implement strategies to attract investments to Dubai.
• Identify and engage potential investors through market research and networking.
• Effectively market investment opportunities, highlighting the benefits and advantages of investing in the target area.
• Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including government entities, businesses, and potential investors.
• Stay abreast of market trends and economic indicators to inform investment attraction strategies.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate investment potential and risks.
• Conduct negotiations with potential investors to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Develop compelling investment proposals and presentations to showcase opportunities and benefits.
• Collaborate with government agencies, business leaders, and economic development teams to enhance the overall investment climate.
• Monitor and track the success of investment attraction initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements of Investment Attraction Executive

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, finance, economics or any other relevant field.
• At least 3-4 years the field of Customer Services in a large organization.
• Must have experience in Implementing strategies to attract investments to Dubai.
