Facility Management Industry is actively seeking qualified and experienced individual to take on the role of a Inventory Control Assistant in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting the efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities of Inventory Control Assistant

Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the items received.
Assist in stocking shelves, bins, and storage areas with incoming inventory.
Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.
Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory and implementing strategies to reduce excess inventory.
Update inventory records and databases with accurate information on stock levels, locations, and movements.
Assist in preparing and processing inventory-related documents, such as purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to coordinate inventory activities and resolve issues.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines when handling and storing inventory items.
Assist with other warehouse and inventory-related tasks as needed.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize inventory processes and minimize discrepancies.
Generate reports on inventory status and recommend improvements.
