Paper Industry is seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to join their team as an Inventory Assistant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits, and assisting in the efficient management of their inventory system.

Responsibilities of Inventory Assistant

• Monitor and update inventory databases regularly.
• Conduct routine inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing incoming inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports.
• Identify and report discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.

Requirements of Inventory Assistant

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience of less than 1 year in inventory management or related field.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects when required.
