Duties of A Internship Trainee Leasing
- To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
- To identify customer needs and answer all property-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features etc.
- Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining customer records.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service and contribute to team goals.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Eligibility Requirements
Requirements for role of Internship Trainee Leasing are as under:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
