IFZA is currently seeking an International Marketing Manager in Dubai to join their centralized marketing department. This role is pivotal in managing and executing their global marketing strategies, aimed at increasing their brand’s footprint across targeted regions worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set encompassing digital marketing, account management, and event coordination. As part of their team, you will play a critical role in adapting their marketing efforts to align with market changes, sales trends, and local regulations in various international destinations. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 12000 AED to 25000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of International Marketing Manager

  • Market trends and consumer behavior in targeted regions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Brand awareness in our chosen markets, ensuring their message resonates with the local audience.
  • Adjust marketing campaigns to reflect sales trends and consumer preferences in specific countries.
  • Brand messaging to cater to diverse demographics, optimizing engagement and conversion.
  • Their brand’s voice and messaging for each social media platform, maximizing reach and impact.
  • Extensive data sets to extract actionable insights for refining their marketing strategies.
  • Thorough research on local laws and regulations in target countries to ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
  • Collaboratively with cross-functional teams and 3rd parties to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an International Marketing Manager are as under:

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Management, with a proven track record in international markets.

Skills Desired

  • Communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages highly desirable.
  • In identifying and targeting the correct audience on social media platforms through detailed analysis of demographics, interests, and behaviors.
