Internal Control Manager Emirates Transport Dubai

Emirates Transport is currently seeking an experienced Internal Control Manager to join their Internal Control team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing internal control processes within the organization. Your duties will include ensuring the implementation of effective internal controls to mitigate risks and uphold compliance with established policies and procedures. This is a senior level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 15000 AED to 30000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview process.

Duties of An Internal Control Manager

• Develop and maintain an internal control framework for the ET, including risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor the effectiveness of controls.
• Conduct regular audits of ET processes and procedures to identify gaps and potential risks, and develop action plans to address audit findings and high-risk items.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Work with different teams to ensure that controls are properly implemented and functioning as intended.
• Provide training and guidance to teams within ET on internal controls and risk management.
• Work with other teams within the organization to share best practices and coordinate internal control efforts.
• Analyze data and provide insights to management on the effectiveness of internal controls and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure that internal control considerations are properly addressed.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Internal Control Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal control, risk management, or audit in a finance setting.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills include the ability to identify and assess financial risks and develop action plans to address them.
• Solid understanding and experience with internal control frameworks.
