Pure Health is seeking a dedicated Internal Communications Manager to join their team in Dubai. This person will work as part of the wider Marketing and Communications team and will be responsible for developing and implementing the organisation’s overall internal communications strategy. The aim of this work is to use communication to help create an inclusive environment of shared understanding, making colleagues feel informed and connected with the work of the organisation and its mission.

Responsibilities of Internal Communications Manager

  • Develop and lead the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the organisation, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
  • Manage a team of internal communications specialists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
  • Work with the wider communications team to ensure consistent, timely messaging for all announcements.
  • Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, and content suitable for the employee app.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that all internal communication is aligned with business objectives and supports the company’s culture and values.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.
  • Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Internal Communications Manager at Pure Health:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications.
  • 10+ years of relevant in communications experience.
  • 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing internal communications content.
  • Experience managing teams to deliver impactful results.

Job Skills

  • Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including strong attention to detail, superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time.
  • Native/ Bilingual English speaker.
