Internal Audit Specialist Dubai Health Authority

Dubai Health Authority is presently looking for a qualified and experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join their auditing team. Responsibilities of Internal Audit Specialist

• Participate in the review and development of the risk-based audit plan to ensure its alignment with the strategic themes, goals and objectives of the DHA.
• Review and update the risk register periodically to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
• Providing technical consultations for management operations to ensure compliance with laws and best practices in the field of auditing.
• Providing technical consultations to department heads regarding audit operations.
• Follow up and review the implementation of corrective actions and submit periodic reports.
• Evaluate departmental performance indicators and recommend improvement opportunities as needed.
• Supervising teams or other committees that are formed as requirements for excellence standards, monitoring results, and providing technical support and advice when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Internal Audit Specialist at Dubai Health Authority:

• Master’s degree in the field.
• At least 8 years of experience in the field of auditing.
