Job Description

Job Role of An Intern
- As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to various talent acquisition and management initiatives.
- Will provide exposure to the inner workings of a dynamic talent department, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge in the field.
Duties of An Intern
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Support the coordination of interviews, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and communicating with candidates.
- Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment & YOUth initiatives.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating talent-related events, such as career fairs and networking sessions.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments as needed.
Qualification & Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent function.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
