Integration Engineer Solar Structures Al Masaood Abu Dhabi

The Integration Engineer (Solar Structures) at Al Masaood in Infiniti Showroom Building, Fatima Bint Mubarak Street (Formally Najda Street), PO Box 322, Abu Dhabi, UAE will provides the expertise for the design of mechanical assemblies to be integrated and tested in a broad variety of new developed products using solar panels. Together with the application team, makes proposals to continuously improve the manufacturing process including tooling and equipment. Advises and supports the application team in the engineering phase of a products from a production point of view. Hands-on activities in assembly and integration work, creates necessary assembly manuals and test procedures (thermal, vibration, shock, wind loads etc.). This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Integration Engineer

• Responsible for prototyping, integration, validation, producibility and support of products, of all configurations, options, features and capabilities related to solar solutions.
• Creates the content of unified technical product documentation, operating/warranty/assembly manuals, certificates, data sheets etc.
• Determining that the products meet the operational and prescribed requirements.
• Support the marketing department by developing the required promotional product sales material.
• Definiens integration strategies and methods.
• Advises the application department on engineering and producibility.
• R&D support with regards to mechanical assembly and integration.
• Conduct structural analysis and simulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Develops test procedures.
• Oversee the execution of integration and manufacturing processes.
• Develops HSE documentation that needs to be considered by using the products.
• Creates a company product database.
• Creates maintenance schedules and manuals.
• Produces a product lifespan calculation.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and innovative technologies in solar.

Requirements for Role of Integration Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience in working with large organizations.
• Industry experience.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in integration projects involving multiple systems, platforms, and technologies.

• Strong proficiency in structural analysis software and engineering tools.
