Responsibilities of Instructor Paramedics

• Develop and update paramedic training curriculum to align with current medical practices and protocols.
• Deliver engaging and interactive instruction on emergency medical procedures, including patient assessment, treatment, and transport.
• Provide hands on demonstrations and simulations to enhance learning experiences.
• Assess student performance through exams, practical skills evaluations, and case studies.
• Offer constructive feedback and guidance to students to aid in their professional development.
• Ensure a safe learning environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in the field of emergency medicine and incorporate new techniques into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with other instructors and healthcare professionals to enhance training programs.
• Assist students in preparing for certification exams and provide support throughout the certification process.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Serve as a role model and mentor to aspiring paramedics, promoting professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among students and colleagues.
• Uphold organizational values and standards in all aspects of instruction and interaction.

Job Requirements

The requirements for the job role of Instructor Paramedics are as under:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the education sector.
