Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instore Visual Merchandiser to manage the store visual presentation and ensure high-impact, commercial visual standards. This role is responsible for executing effective store layouts, window displays, and seasonal updates, contributing directly to the brand’s sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, trend awareness, and a hands-on approach to implementing brand guidelines while making data-driven VM decisions to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Execution:

  • Implement and execute mannequin styling in line with VP directives, current trends, and seasonal updates.
  • Execute seasonal VM guidelines by effectively adapting brand directives to store layouts.
  • Design and maintain wall and table displays to reflect innovation, creativity, and commercial appeal.
  • Maintain POP and mannequin management, ensuring proper base identification, storage, returns, and care pre- and post-campaigns.
  • Ensure all visual processes and procedures are implemented to maintain brand consistency across stores.
  • Support Back of House management, including wardrobe imagery, POP materials, and benefit sign management.
  • Analyze sales performance and business insights to make strategic VM decisions that optimize the visibility of bestsellers and key product categories.
  • Document and contribute to photo reports and work with Area Visual Merchandisers (AVMs) to present VM updates and campaign records.

Marketing & Campaign Support:

  • Review and ensure timely execution of visual activities in line with marketing schedules.
  • Implement seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images, benefit signs, and promotional materials.
  • Provide feedback to line managers and suppliers on the quality and content of visual materials.
  • Manage VM costs, marketing props, and campaign materials to ensure efficiency and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and marketing teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and store events effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail, or Visual Merchandising is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Visual Merchandising Expertise: Strong understanding of store layouts, styling, display techniques, and brand alignment.
  • Creativity & Trend Awareness: Ability to analyze fashion trends and translate them into compelling visual displays.
  • Organizational & Business Acumen: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to optimize visual strategies for sales performance.
  • Languages:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Hindi and/or Arabic language skills are a plus.
