Responsibilities

  • Make sure all systems, devices, and hotel tech are working correctly.
  • Handle minor repair tasks for computers, phones, and printers.
  • Support staff members who run into system errors or software issues.
  • Keep logs updated for inventory, hardware setup, and software use.
  • Review access control, user login setups, and reset passwords when needed.
  • Track phone system setups and maintain telephone line records.
  • Respond quickly to support requests and maintain follow-through.
  • Organize tech supply inventory and reorder items when running low.
  • Ensure network security standards are followed.
  • Set up new workstations for new employees or departments.
  • Take part in software or firmware updates when necessary.

  • Coordinate with service providers for major technical repairs.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Experience
