Indoor Sales Executive Consumer Goods Industry Dubai – 22 June 2024

The Consumer Goods industry in Dubai is currently seeking candidate for the position of Indoor Sales Executive to join them. This is a mid career, full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3501 AED to 4000 AED which may be slightly negotiable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Indoor Sales Executive

• Engage with customers in a retail or office environment to promote and sell products/services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to meet those needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s sales system.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.

Requirements for the role of Indoor Sales Executive

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years in sales, preferably in a retail or indoor sales environment.
