Inclusion Learning Support Assistant – Regent International School, Dubai
Regent International School in Dubai is hiring an Inclusion Learning Support Assistant to work with students who require additional support. This role involves providing targeted support across primary and secondary under the guidance of the inclusion team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
- Implement intervention programmes designed by the SENDCO
- Support students in lessons, break times and during transitions
- Help with resource preparation and classroom organisation
- Maintain records of student progress
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Education or related field
- Experience supporting SEN students in a school
- Knowledge of common learning difficulties
- Patient, empathetic and child-friendly approach
Salary and Benefits
- Tax-free salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month
- Visa sponsorship and medical insurance
