Majid Al Futtaim

An Import & Export Coordinator at Majid Al Futtaim will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to the Import & Export of the MAF Retail operations.

Duties of Import & Export Coordinator

  • Coordinate with import suppliers on shipment availability & documentations.
  • Ensure products are registered in Dubai Municipality.
  • Coordinate with clearance agent for all shipments.
  • To facilitate smooth logistics operations by managing the transportation, documentation, and regulatory compliance of imported and exported goods.
  • They ensure timely customs clearance, coordinate with carriers and suppliers, and optimize supply chain efficiency to meet customer demands and minimize costs.
  • Obtain freight quotations.
  • Coordinate with Distribution Centers prior to shipment arrivals, arrange for inspection & confirm once stocks are released for sale.
  • Documentation finalization for export shipments and align with Distribution Centers for loading.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role an Import & Export Coordinator are as under:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
  • 1-2 years previous experience in a similar role.
