Responsibilities of Import Coordinator FMGC

• Responsible for executing and controlling processes of registration of all UAE
  stores with Dubai Municipality, Emirates Authority for Standardization & metrology, FTA or ministries.
• To manage, control and follow up on all necessary documents, artworks or
  physical products needed from suppliers, for products registration.
• Liaising with Service Providers and Dubai customs on daily basis to maintain a good
  relationship & ensure maximum compliance with local import rules & regulations.
• Ensure efficient & collaborative operations for all logistic activities by liaising between the end supplier, freight forwarder and all departments.
• Review and process all documentation for accuracy & compliance with regulations prior to submitting to Customs for release of merchandise.
• Maintaining import/export database and files and preparing various reports related to import/export activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field.
• 2 + years of experience in similar or related role.
