This is a mid senior level contract based job. The salary ranges from 5000 AED to 10000 AED that is slightly negotiatable during the interview. 

Requirements of Identity & Access Administrator

  • Two Years Diploma on Computer Studies, computer science, information technology.
  • 12+ years of experience in similar role.
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management in ADEK’ platform.

Skills and Abilities Desired

  • Proficiency in IAM technologies and tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Knowledge of authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO).
  • Familiarity with identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Understanding of directory services and group policies.
  • Expertise in access control and permissions management.
  • Fluent in English as this is a client-facing role.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
  • Professional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Should enjoy working in a team and be able to solve problems and resolve issues in an amicable manner.
  • Should have interpersonal and delegation capabilities.
