This is a mid senior level contract based job. The salary ranges from 5000 AED to 10000 AED that is slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Requirements of Identity & Access Administrator
- Two Years Diploma on Computer Studies, computer science, information technology.
- 12+ years of experience in similar role.
- Experience in Identity and Access Management in ADEK’ platform.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- Proficiency in IAM technologies and tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Knowledge of authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO).
- Familiarity with identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
- Understanding of directory services and group policies.
- Expertise in access control and permissions management.
- Fluent in English as this is a client-facing role.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
- Professional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Should enjoy working in a team and be able to solve problems and resolve issues in an amicable manner.
- Should have interpersonal and delegation capabilities.
