Responsibilities of An ID Coordinator

• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate and manage interior design projects from conception to completion.
• Assist in creating design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Source and procure materials, furnishings, and accessories within budget constraints.
• Oversee the implementation of design plans, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and design specifications.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an ID Coordinator are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven 2-3 years of experience as an Interior Design Coordinator or similar role.

Knowledge & Skills Desired
