Responsibilities of Store Keeper
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the store area.
- Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored in appropriate locations.
- Assist in preparing and packaging materials for shipment.
- Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with storage and safety guidelines.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues with incoming or outgoing materials.
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock levels to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements of Store Keeper
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in a storekeeping or inventory management role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse and storekeeping procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
