As an HVAC Technician at InterContinental Residences Business Bay Dubai, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems to ensure guest comfort and safety in hotel’s luxurious accommodations.

Responsibilities of HVAC Technician

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the hotel’s operation and maintenance department.
• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, compressors, and thermostats.
• Install and connect HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipes, and wiring.
• Test and adjust HVAC system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of HVAC supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.
• Respond to emergency HVAC calls as needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete HVAC projects.
• Assist in training and providing guidance to junior technicians.

Requirements of HVAC Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA HVAC certification.
• 2 years previous experience in HVAC maintenance or related field.

Skills and Knowledge Desired
