Job Purpose of A HVAC Engineer
To ensure efficient project execution by providing technical expertise during bidding processes and offering on-site support for HVAC system installations.
Job Duties of A HVAC Engineer
- Coordinate with the Estimation manager in preparing tender evaluation and analysis to Bid / No Bid for projects related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Collect information to conduct market analysis to support decision in Bid / No Bid.
- Study all documents such as, drawings, BOQ, specifications, addendums, clarifications, minutes of meetings, etc.
- Assist HVAC projects estimation timely in identifying deviations in scope, options, provisions, exclusions, etc. and preparation to offer to BOQ.
- Preparation of BOQ according to specification.
- Supervision of site HVAC installation along with accessories.
- Supervising the testing and commissioning of HVAC system along with accessories.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 8-10 years of experience in HVAC system Design, Installation, and commissioning along with accessories.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge of Oil & GAS specifications is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of design and evaluation of HVAC system for both split and package units require.
