Responsibilities of Humanities Teacher
- Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
- Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.
- Incorporate the school’s objectives into your Curriculum by remaining up to date with mission and Initiatives.
- Regularly communicate with parents and legal guardians regarding child’s performance.
- Track and record student progress and keep records up to date for progress reports and report card conferences.
Job Requirements for Role of Humanities Teacher
The requirements for the job role of Humanities Teacher are as under:
- Holds, or is prepared to work towards, UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS qualified).
- Has at least three years experience from teaching the Diploma Programme in an International Baccalaureate World School.

Job Working Routine
- Monday to Thursday: 7.20 am 4.15 pm, Friday: 7.20 am 12:00 pm.
- Occasional evening and weekend work to support the academic and business needs of the school.
- Holidays are as per the school’s KHDA approved calendar, plus induction weeks/external examination results days as directed by the school’s calendar.
