Human Resources Specialist Dubai Health Authority UAE

Dubai Health Authority is currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist at  Al Jaddaf, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.  This is an Intermediate level and full time role with salary ranges from 12000 AED to 25000 AED per month. 

Responsibilities of Human Resources Specialist

• Supporting the HR Director in defining the HR annual plan in alignment with the organization strategy & business plans. By providing input and information on the workforce number, professions, and current & future profile
• Support the head of functions & Agencies in the design of the best organizational structure to their organizational and business objectives, in relation to the workforce composition & characteristics.
• Define and update the career path and development and provide support in the definition of policies for promotion and succession planning for the different professional groups to ensure continuous development and growth of staff throughout the organization.
•  Analyze through qualitative & quantitative tools and methodologies the current workforce composition in terms of socio demographic factors (age, gender, nationality, educational background) identify trends and forecast future changes in relation to the organizational strategy forecast future changes in relation to the organizational strategy
•  Provide advice, assistance and follow up on organization policies, procedures, and documentation
• Develop & recommend departmental policy & procedural improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

 Requirements for the Human Resources Specialist

• Masters in HR or Related Faculty Desired.
• 5 years experience, with minimum 3 years.
