Tecon one of Albatha Groups’ business entities is looking to hire Human Resources Generalist in Level 22, Boulevard Plaza, Tower 1, Suite 2204, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE who will be responsible for supporting the HR function by collaborating with various departments to address HR-related needs and provide strategic guidance. This role will involve assisting in the implementation of HR projects, policies, procedures, and initiatives while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Human Resources Generalist

  • Support the HR team in executing HR strategies and initiatives to meet organizational objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with department managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts.
  • Assist in employee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company-wide events and activities.
  • Provide support in HR-related projects, such as Success Factors, talent management, training and development programs or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, trends, and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements for Role of Human Resources Generalist

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles is preferred.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software is a plus.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision making.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
