Human Resources Executive Al Masaood Abu Dhabi

Human Resources Executive at Al Masaood in Infiniti Showroom Building, Fatima Bint Mubarak Street (Formally Najda Street), PO Box 322, Abu Dhabi, UAE is responsible for effectively managing employee relations, drafting HR policies, addressing queries, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, providing analysis, and coordinating smooth employee exits. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a harmonious workplace and supporting HR operation. This is an Executive level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Human Resources Executive

  • Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary investigations and grievances, in collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner.
  • Ensure fair and consistent resolution of employee issues, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Draft HR policies and updates as requires, ensuring they are aligne with company objectives and adhere to industry standards.
  • Process and respond to employees’ queries in a timely and informative manner, providing guidance and solutions.
  • Stay informed about changes in labour legislation and ensure the company’s HR practices remain compliant.
  • Implement necessary adjustments to policies and procedures to align with legal requirements.
  • Assist in compiling and completing HR monthly reports, providing insights into key HR metrics and trends.
  • Conduct analysis on various employee-related topics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth exit process for employees leaving the company.
  • Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork, clearances and other exit-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner and HOD/GM to assist in the annual manpower planning process.
  • Ensure accurate capture of employee data (current and proposed) based on discussions and meetings.
  • Deliverables/Self-Management Responsibilities: Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Line Manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the year.
  • Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Line Manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.

Requirements for Role of Human Resources Executive

  • Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1- 2 years experience in in Human Resource field.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Language Requirements English, Require Arabic.
  • Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
