Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator

Candidate must have excellent organizational skills to assist with organizing staff documentations.

Candidate will be responsible for advertising of new positions and recruiting of staff along with checking qualifications and relevant documents.
Candidate will help with the visa process of new employers and renewal of visas for current staff.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs.
Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to stakeholders.
Resolve any logistics or customs-related issues promptly to
minimize disruptions.
Answering customer queries.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.

Requirements of Human Resources Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Seeking HR Coordinator with a minimum of 1-2 years UAE experience in a similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, shipping procedures, and international trade practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
