The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to employees.
Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
- Assist with payroll processing and administration.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements of Human Resources Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
