Emirates Airlines is scouting for experienced and talented UAE Nationals Human Resources Coordinator to join one of their People Experience Recruitment teams to support their sourcing, attracting, assessment and hiring activities to find and hire talent from around the world. Candidate will be involved in the recruitment activities for many roles ranging from: cabin crew, airport staff, customer support agents, administrative and specialist staff to engineers, techies, pilots and up to their senior executive roles. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-9000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator

  • Responsible for day-to-day people experience operation.
  • Deliver a consistently high-level quality customer service and communication to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to meet defined work goals.
  • Execute all HR- assigned activities in a timely manner in compliance with the latest policies and processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions. Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Familiarization with the HR systems and data landscape at a level appropriate / required to perform processes and complete tasks with quality and accuracy.
  • Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, and cost reduction in various touchpoints in the employees’ lifecycle to improve the quality of the People’s Experience.
  • Maintenance of accurate reporting on HR activities and ad-hoc reporting whenever required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team on recruitment-related activities such as: screening applicants, coordinating interviews, creating and managing job requisitions, and supporting with the creation of offers in the system.
  • Administer and score profiles of all types of psychometric tests in accordance with testing standards and procedures, keeping always in mind the correctness and accuracy of score and profiles generated.
  • Delivers customized onboarding process and orientation that facilitate a positive candidate experience.
  • How you will work: In diverse teams, partnering with their various Recruitment team members and business stakeholders.
  • Using their ATS system and other related systems.
  • Coordinating many activities simultaneously and be able to prioritize.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Operate with strong attention to details and analytical mind set.

Requirements for Role of Human Resources Coordinator

  • 12 years schooling.
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative role or Human resources covering recruitment, shared services, onboarding, off boarding.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Comprehensive knowledge in HR administrative procedures, interviewing techniques and experience in handling recruitment projects, joining formalities, off boarding or in a shared services environment covering all aspects of employee lifecycle.
  • PC literate and proficient in MS Office package.
  • Strong quality orientation and organization skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Ability to do shift work.
