Human Resources Business at Partner Modern Pharmaceutical LLC in Sheikha Mariam Bldg, Al Maktoum Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE will incumbent to partner and engage with key stakeholders developing and implementing value added HR/people solutions. The expectation of these business-driven solutions is to have an capable and engaged workforce, motivated and effective teams and with a continuous improvement mindset. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Human Resources Business Partner

  • Serve as the strategic HR partner to the Business.
  • Leverage HR consulting skills to help the business clients achieve key business objectives and increase the effectiveness of the organization.
  • Develop solutions for a variety of complex HR challenges.
  • Coach clients on an array of HR and business-related issues, to effect change in the organization.
  • Ensure workforce productivity and efficiency through accurate manpower planning and utilization.
  • Support the business key people initiatives, such as performance management and talent management.
  • Evaluate/measure outcomes of HR programs and services
  • Reduce organizational risk through effective succession planning and drive key initiatives as the result of the plans.
  • Collaborate with the HR and other departments to provide solutions for employee relations issues.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Use change management principles to ensure initiatives are adopted and sustained
  • Co- Responsible for leading the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda.
  • Ensure that AlBatha Healthcare remain complaint with all the employment laws, practices and procedures.
  • Partner with TA to drive the Emiratization agenda and ensure integration, performance and meaningful careers.
  • Provide the managers with transparency and visibility of the key HR metrics and work towards continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of 4 HR Operations Officers.

Requirements for Role of Human Resources Business Partner

  • Degree in HR management or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in HR business partner role, preferably in pharma industry.
  • Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors) and data management.
  • HR acumen including exposure/experience within talent management, performance management, OD/OD, ER, TA, compensation.
