Job Description

Real Estate industry is currently looking for the position of Human Resources Assistant in Dubai. The job purpose is to facilitate the full spectrum of human resources functions, encompassing recruitment and provide administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities of Human Resources Assistant

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and processing new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
  • Assist with payroll processing and administration.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements of Human Resources Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
