Responsibilities of A Human Resources Assistant

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new employee orientations and ensure the completion of necessary paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Update HR databases with new hire information, employee changes, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and compliance documents.
• Support the HR team in conducting audits and maintaining records.
• Address employee queries and concerns.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Organize company events and activities.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefits and payroll changes.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Human Resources Assistant are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong enthusiasm for sales with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
