In Dubai, the Real Estate sector is currently looking for the position of Human Resource Executive. Responsibilities of Human Resource Executive
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation, such as contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements for the role of Human Resource Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the UAE.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
