Responsibilities of Human Resource Executive

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation, such as contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture activities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements for the role of Human Resource Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the UAE.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
