An opportunity has arisen for a Human Capital – Executive to join Human Resources Department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

Responsibilities of Human Capital  Executive

  • To carry out effective off-boarding/leaving procedures for all colleagues including Processing End of Employment request via Oracle HRMS, issuing repatriation tickets, cargo relocation and other related clearance procedures.
  • Updating & maintaining Resignation Tracking System as well as headcount report accordingly
  • Conduct reference checks for all leavers.
  • Preparation of Resignation Acceptance letters for leavers upon receiving approved resignation forms.
  • Conduct exit interviews for departing colleagues and provide a summary of monthly/quarterly feedback to the Executive Committee members.
  • Oversee and coordinate colleague recognition schemes within the SBU.
  • Conducting HR induction for new joiners
  • Advise on HR Policy and UAE Labor Law that might impact on working practices to ensure compliance
  • Being the main point of contact in the department to address all grievances/conflicts/concerns raised by colleagues
  • Coach supervisors and assist them in Performance Management situations in order to  improve their skills  and to ensure that colleagues are treated fairly
  • Coordinate and organize HR team special events i.e birthdays, Farewell, festive season, team building
  • Support & coach individual team members to achieve personal & professional goals
  • Implement and evaluate Human Resources practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate in a professional, positive and courteous manner at all times with all levels of internal and external guests
  • Handle confidential matters/information with the appropriate level of sensitivity
  • Adhere to Human Resources services standards and actively seek out new ideas to improve best customer services practices.
  • Performs tasks accurately and efficiently while demonstrating dedication and commitment to the role.
  • Reports for duty as scheduled and on time.
  • Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm with work.

Requirements of Human Capital Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant field.
  • 2+ years experience in Hospitality or customer service-related industry (Hotel operation background highly regarded).
  • Experience in a Generalist HR role .

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR administration processes and policies in the Middle East.
  • Well versed in UAE Labor Law.
