The Human Capital Administrative Assistant at Majid Al Futtaim in UAE will be responsible to provide essential administrative support to the Vice Presedent Human Capital, manage calendars, travel bookings and expenses, and assist in organizing engagement activities, responding to general queries and contributing to the smooth operation and effectiveness of Human Capital initiatives within the organization. This is the mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Human Capital Administrative Assistant

  • The Human Capital Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in handling administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and general office duties.
  • Helping maintain organized systems and processes within the Human Capital department.
  • Serving as a central point of contact, the HC Admin Assistant interacts with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to address basic queries, schedule meetings, and facilitate communication between the Human Capital department and other department
  • The role involves assisting in engagement activities aimed at fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee satisfaction and retention.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Human Capital Administrative Assistant are as under:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources or any Human Resources certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast paced environment.
