HSE Technical Advisor ADNOC Abu Dhabi

• Monitor CCTV Systems: Remotely operate and monitor CCTV systems installed at different drilling rigs.
• Observe and assess drilling operations in real-time for any potential health, safety, or environmental hazards.
• Identify And Report Hazards: Identify any hazards or unsafe practices at drilling rig sites through CCTV monitoring.
• Promptly report them to the appropriate personnel, such as the rig manager, HSE supervisor, or other relevant stakeholders.
• As well as sharing lessons learned regularly with all rigs.
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, company HSE policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Incident Response: Assist in responding to incidents or emergencies at drilling rig sites by monitoring the CCTV system, relaying information to the appropriate personnel.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of CCTV monitoring activities, incident reports, and other relevant information related to HSE compliance and performance.
• Training And Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to rig personnel on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a safety culture and improve overall HSE performance.
• HSE Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HSE performance, trends, and incidents based on CCTV monitoring data and other available information for management review.
• Issue learning Packs generated from CCTV monitoring and observation to ensure effective learning across the Company.
• Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.
