Duties of HSE Supervisor

• Organize the regular HSE meetings and drill at well site.
• Ensure the proper record of HSE activities.
• Monitor and follow up on the HSE statistics.
• Focus on the HSE aspects of all the other Contractors and sub-contractors of company.
• Main focal point of incident / accident investigation.
• Write bridging document, Emergency response plan and implement at the rig site in coordination with drilling team.
• Implement the Work Permit system in place at the well site.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections at his well site, document the action plan and follow up on the corrective actions.
• Carry out regular road inspections and report any observation to make the driving safe on the road to the rig.
• Monitor incident / accident in the field and report them as per company’s reporting procedures.

Requirements for HSE Supervisor 

The eligibility requirements for the role of HSE Supervisor are as under:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent at University level.
• 5 years of experience in HSE activities in the Drilling field and some experience with international companies.
• Preference will be given to previous experience in similar job.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of computer applications (word, excel, or equivalent).
