HRBP Manager Samsung Electronics Dubai UAE

Samsung Electronics is seeking a HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role person will serve as the bridge between business units and the People Team. He / She will align resources within the People Team to better serve business needs. Also, the incumbent will oversee end-to-end processes to ensure smooth execution.

Duties as HRBP Manager

• Engage with employees, resolve issues, and serve as a credible source of information.
• Consult with business units on goal setting and modification.
• Serve as liaison between business units and People Team resources to ensure on-time completion of annual performance evaluation process.
• Consult with business units on appropriate use of Performance Improvement Plans for under-performing employees.
• Coordinate between Talent Acquisition resources and business units on the completion of the vacancy requisition process.
• Attend interviews, along with hiring managers, provide feedback to Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate between hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on the candidate selection process.
• Serve as point of contact for selected candidates in terms of visa processing, required documents, date of joining, onboarding schedule, etc.
• Coordinate with internal resources to create and execute an effective onboarding schedule for new joiners.
• Provide policy, process, and practice clarifications to employees. Educate employees when changes occur.
• Collect employee feedback, both formally and informally, and escalate if required.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, in conjunction with people managers within business units.
• Organize and facilitate employee social groups, clubs, and events.
• Internally advertise employee recognition programs.

Education & Experience of HRBP Manager

• University or College graduate.
• Prior experience as an HRBP or generalist.

Knowledge & Competencies

• Basic knowledge in UAE Labour laws.
• Fluent English. Arabic is a plus.
• Assertive and compassionate.
• Multitasking abilities.
• Discrete and Resilient.
