Al Futtaim Group is currently looking for a HR Trainee in UAE who will be responsible for driving the on-boarding processes, HR communication, HR Administration and supporting the HRBP in related projects and initiatives. This is a mid level full time role. For this role the salary ranges from 5000 AED to 10000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Duties of HR Trainee
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new employees at Doha Festival City.
- Coordinate valuable orientation programs and assess office/system requirements.
- Manage buddy community and monitor onboarding progress.
- Conduct AFGRE Induction and provide iGROW training.
- Liaise with recruitment teams for technical assessments and interviews.
- Handle new employee requirements and publish HR communications.
- Act as a touchpoint for Emirati employees and support Emiratization programs.
- Propose and organize employee engagement activities.
- Enhance internal communications through graphic design skills.
Eligibility Requirements for HR Trainee
- Educated up to degree or diploma level, whilst additional qualification via a diploma/ certificate course Office Administration or HR would be an advantage.
- 5 years of experience in administrative function of a large sized company with some exposure to HR, and basic level supervisory skills essential to perform the job effectively.
