Job Description
The HR Operations Administrator is an entry level role to support the day-to-day operations of the operations team. They will assist with handling data entry, HR documentation and answering the frequently asked questions of walk-in employees.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitoring annual leave applications on Zoho People and preparing leave reports
- Preparing letters (salary certificates, NOCs, loan agreements etc.)
- Updating the details of joiners and leavers in the HR operations’ databases and in Zoho People
- Ensuring DSO contracts are signed for visa processing
- Maintaining employee files and ensuring documents are up to date
- Collecting new joiner’s documents once delivered (Emirates ID cards, DSO cards etc.)
- Managing long service awards (preparing a list of awardees and coordinating with procurement for the awards)
- Making accommodation and transportation arrangements for international joiners
- Making arrangements for employee engagement activities (e.g. monthly birthday celebrations)
Requirements
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources is desirable but not mandatory
- Volunteer or internship work experience is desirable
- The candidate must be based in the UAE
- Full English proficiency is required
- Arabic proficiency is desirable
