Charterhouse is working with a Marketing Consultancy, who is an established organisation that has recently opened their business in Dubai. The client is looking to hire a HR Manager to lead and develop their Human Resources function and this is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to contribute to the organisation’s growth.
Responsibilities of HR Manager
- The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the companies HR functions to support the organisation’s goals and business growth.
- Main point of contact for all employees within the Dubai Office.
- Involved in developing and executing the HR strategy, implementing new processes, company policies and procedures to ensure the business is compliant with the UAE labour law.
- Reporting to the Managing Partner, this role will oversee the full employee life-cycle including the recruitment process.
- Involve with the interviews, to ensure the identification and selection of best fit candidates meet the business requirements.
- The Manager will also handle performance management, staff appraisals, performance reviews.
- Lead talent management and retention by recommending best-practice workplace initiatives.
- In addition, this role will also be responsible for employee relations, addressing any issues and recommending improvements.
Requirements of HR Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- It is essential to have a qualification within a related field with excellent knowledge of the UAE employment law.
- Minimum:8 years of HR experience with a minimum of 3 years within a leadership role as this position will manage the team within HR.
- Adept HR Experience, having worked in a managerial role within the UAE.

- The ideal candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
