Chalhoub Group is currently looking to hire HR Executive to join their them. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and HR administration.

Responsibilities of HR Executive

  • Ensure adherence to local and global HR guidelines.
  • Advise on internal HR issues.
  • Ensure effective and confidential management of employee relations.
  • Performance management of employees.
  • Ensure clear communication with regional stores.
  • Organizing regular meetings with Heads of sub functions and wider business/HR community.
  • Planning meetings/Townhalls when needed.
  • Liaising with internal/external People teams, in relation to L&D, HR Operations.
  • Support other sub functions when needed and participation and being a member of key projects.
  • Performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence and planning and coordinating.
  • Be cognizant of and actively encourage Emiratization initiatives.
  • Manage end to end recruitment processes and hiring of back office and front liner staff.
  • Manage culture transformation and address any culture challenges.
  • Effectively monitor and manage attrition across back office and front line staff Proactively suggest programs to encourage retention.
  • Actively manage talent and talent development for all employees.
  • Leading Diversity and Inclusion practices in line with Group policies.
  • Reporting directly to General Manager, with dotted line to Chalhoub People team.

Requirements for Role of HR Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
