Aramex is currently looking for a detail oriented and organized individual for position of a HR Executive in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible to support with day-to-day operational HR activities, assist employees with their requests, and respond to internal and external HR related inquiries. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 8000 AED to 18000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Duties of HR Executive
- Undertake a variety of HR administrative duties and projects as assigned.
- Issues all types of letters received from employees within the standard timeline.
- Maintains and updates records of personnel-related data in both hard copy files and the e-filing systems (soft copies on the shared folder) to ensure all folders contain complete documents as per the employment requirements in the UAE.
- Administers medical insurance plans, including enrollments, changes, deletions, and claims management.
- Shares the medical insurance card copies along with the updated network list with employees.
- Updates the insurance census list on a regular basis and compares it with the broker’s census list to keep the records up to date (especially during the policy renewal).
- Arranges onboarding meetings for new hires and assists them with their gate pass renewals.
- Provides support related to on-boarding overseas new hires (booking their tickets, accommodation, etc.).
- Provides support to HR employees visiting UAE from other countries (issuing visa if needed, and coordinating for hotel bookings and transportation if needed).
- Validating requests related to business cards issuance.
- Ad hoc support to direct reports to the CHRO in regards to scheduling of meetings.
Eligibility Requirements for Role of HR Executive
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1-2 years of HR Experience.
Skills Desired
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Solid Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general HR administrative responsibilities.
- Familiarity with UAE Labor Law.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and can-do attitude.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
