Responsibilities of A HR Advisor
- Reporting to the Regional HR Director and working closely with Senior Management, this role will be responsible for the delivery of HR Services within the ME Region.
- Responsible for the full-employee lifecycle across the business with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, induction and training.
- Oversee operations, employee relations, payroll and rewards, employee engagement and initiatives as well as ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with local labour laws across the group.
- The Advisor will also have the opportunity to progress in other areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development and Wellbeing programmes, offering more exposure and growth.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a HR Advisor are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, such as business administration.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of the UAE labour law and a minimum of 1 year work experience in the Middle East.
