Charterhouse is currently working with an international Law Firm who is looking to hire a HR Advisor to join their Office in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has experience working in Legal, Professional or Financial Services, looking to grow their career within Human Resources.
Responsibilities of HR Advisor
- End-to-end recruitment including the onboarding process, induction of new joiners, preparation of employment letters and induction training.
- This role will work closely with and report to the HR Manager, to develop policies and procedures, contribute to employee engagement, and oversee HR operations.
- In addition, this role will assist with Learning and Development initiatives for employees across the Middle East.
- This is a varied position that offers the chance to evolve in HR, taking on more responsibilities over time, therefore client is seeking professional and passionate individuals, who are eager to grow.
Requirements of HR Advisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in the UAE.
- The candidate will have a career history, preferable within a Law Firm or Professional Services.
- Some exposure in HR is required.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- Determined and a strong decision maker.
- Excellent team working skills and the ability to work well independently.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills are crucial for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are required.
