Job Duties of A Housekeeping Supervisor At Anantara Hotels

• Assists the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
• Assign daily cleanliness and orderliness tasks/duties to under command housekeeping staff.
• Carry out daily inspections to check the standard of work carried out by staff.
• Ensure adherence of work with prescribed standards of cleanliness.
• Oversee training and development of under command team to ensure contineous delivery of exceptional customer services.
• Provide excellent guest services, specially to VIP or other guests as per requirement.
