Duties of A Housekeeping Attendant

• Complete the day-to-day housekeeping activities by following all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions.
• Constantly being aware of the room status and public areas of the assigned blocks and proceed to the required actions to keep them clean and tidy.
• Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment procedures, instructions, and controls so that Company provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests.
• Clean and disinfect all assigned rooms, refresh/refill towels, linen, toilet amenities, FB amenities, etc. to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests in the hotel.
• Clean and disinfect all assigned public areas, refresh/refill towels and toilet amenities, etc.
• Maintain a comfortable environment for all guests in the hotel.
• Understand the use of the housekeeping cleaning chemicals and other equipment and apply them accordingly to work.
• Keep all equipment on assigned areas clean and in good working condition to attain maximum life span.
• Identify and assist with security matters as a first point of call for guests checking into the Hotel to ensure any security risks are minimized.
• Perform any other HSK related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed necessary by line management.

Requirements for role of A Housekeeping Attendant

The eligibility requirements for role of Housekeeping Attendant are as under:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in relevant field within the international hospitality industry, preferable 5* hotels.

Skills Desired

• Good level of speaking, reading, and writing English language.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy and cooperativeness.
• Strong customer service orientation.
