Responsibilities of Housekeeping Attendant
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Restock room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and beverages.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests.
Requirements for the role of Housekeeping Attendant
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy items.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
