Responsibilities of Hostess

• Greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
• Manage the waiting list and reservations, coordinating seating arrangements efficiently.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of guest seating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations.
• Assist with taking reservations, answering phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries.

Requirements of Hostess

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience of less than 1 year in a hostess or customer service role is preferred.
